Ethics Training


CDC Integrated Services provides training modules designed to help change a company’s culture, to show leaders and managers that ethics is a practical discipline that improves decision making, and increases productivity. These modules help employees gain confidence when discussing ethics in a business environment. The training is presented in half day sessions but can be scaled up to a full day session.

Managers and employees learn that ethics is a necessary skill that needs to be practiced as does any other skill set. CDCI assists small and mid-sized companies focus on such typical concerns as:
